Job Description


Leading global home & living brand, Safavieh, is seeking a proactive, personable and highly motivated Account Specialist to service its wholesale division. This position is located at Safavieh’s office in Dublin.


This is the ideal opportunity for an ambitious, responsible, and detail-oriented self-starter with a passion for learning and interest in e-commerce and/or home furnishings and decor.


The role involves supporting the Safavieh Europe division in the day-to-day administrative work, communication and management of one of Safavieh’s largest e-commerce clients in Europe. As this is an entry-level, part-time temporary position the candidate will be provided with the basic foundation for a rewarding career in sales / account management. Opportunity for full-time employment after 3-6 months based on performance and business needs.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist the Sales team for e-commerce wholesale businesses by executing day-to-day administrative sales functions
  • Manage and maintain the Safavieh product information catalog across 3-5 wholesale accounts
  • Communicate daily with e-commerce clients by providing customer service and support
  • Provide timely financial, inventory and sales reports as requested
  • Conduct order proofing and order maintenance as needed
  • Multi-task multiple projects simultaneously, while keeping track of all deliverables and deadlines. Excellent follow-up and superior attention to detail is critical to success in this role!
  • Must be able to meet expectations in a fast-paced professional office environment while staying organized and maintaining a high level of attention to detail


Qualifications and Skills

  • Entry Level – On-the-job training will be provided
  • University degree preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
  • Superior organization skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great follow-up
  • Must be professional and have good job stability
  • Applicants whose native tongue is French, German or Italian and/or received a formal education/training in one or more of those languages are preferred – Proper grammar and writing in one or more of these 3 languages would be ideal to help with translation projects.



  • Part Time-  Approx 20-25 Hour Per Week
  • Flexible hours to suit you and your lifestyle that fit within a typical work week schedule – Monday to Friday, 2pm-6pm preferred
  • Compensation: €11 – €13 per hour pending experience
