Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide front line support to business customers via Phone, Email and Chat.
  • Ability to provide customer with appropriate solutions or guidance in ongoing troubleshooting.
  • Manage a queue of a wide range of customer tickets bringing each to a satisfactory resolution

 

Requirements

  • Fluent Spanish OR English.
  • Excellent Communication skills both verbally and written.
  • Strong Technical Knowledge and Customer Service skills.
  • Adaptable with the ability to work under pressure.
