Novartis is currently recruiting for a Senior Administrator to join the CSP to support a large team.

Job purpose

The purpose of the Senior Administrator role is to provide Administration support to the CSP Service Heads in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities

Executive administration support for the CSP Service Heads Dublin which includes diary management, meeting coordination, minute taking as required, travel arrangements and expenses.
Assist with presentation preparation, documentation handling, and other administrative activities.
Onboarding new Associates to various systems.
Management Information reporting.
SharePoint administration and content management.
Coordination of training plans and schedules.
Administration of training records and documentation.
Ensure adherence to company compliance and data protection standards.
Provide support in recruitment, interview scheduling, assessment centres.
Provide cover for other site Administrators as required.
Organise and coordinate customer visits and other events as required.

Key Performance Indicators

Customer satisfaction from various teams.
Technical (i.e. documentation) & process competence and compliance.
Timely and proper execution of activities.
Productivity targets for travel cost reduction.
Accuracy of reporting.

Requirements

Commercial training e.g. other vocational qualification, but must have excellent administrative skills/experience.
Minimum Leaving cert or equivalent experience.
Advanced skills in current Microsoft Office suite.
Experience in current SharePoint administration and design experience preferred
Essential experience working in a global, corporate multi-cultural environment.
Experience working within diverse teams to achieve team goals.
