As a Search Quality Agent (Moderator), you are responsible for reviewing job postings and processing accounts. This includes verifying the legitimacy of the posting company, investigating fraudulent accounts and identifying questionable job postings. As an ideal candidate, you’ve been described as driven, intelligent, and detail-oriented. You take pride in spotting trends, finding problems and identifying their solutions.

What you’ll be doing

  • Analyze jobs and identify scams, spam, and other low-quality content and decide how to handle these issues.
  • Investigate companies to determine their legitimacy and accuracy of content.
  • Moderate the quality of jobs and accounts by effectively recognizing problematic patterns and “red flags”
  • Suggest ways to improve our products and internal tools
  • Help define the policies that guide company-wide quality decisions
  • Ensure that job seekers get the most out of their Indeed job search experience

What you’ll need

  • Fluent Spanish and English
  • Must be internet savvy
  • Very Detail Oriented
  • Passionate about digging into a problem and figuring it out
  • Must have proficient verbal, written and interpersonal skills and be able to work independently.
  • Adept at time management
  • Self-directed
  • Fraud experience advantageous
  • Able to identify trends and potential red flags
  • Excellent communication skills with other team members
  • Constantly driven to improve your area of responsibility
