We now have exciting opportunity for a fluent French and Spanish Sales Agent for one of our Global clients.

Role Description

To support the Paris, London & Berlin sales teams with inbound sales leads

The main function of role will be to qualify and distribute inbound sales leads (via email and phone) to the appropriate team member across the EMEA sales team. Successful deployments will be measured by customers’ satisfaction, product usage, and ultimately conversion. Maximise upselling opportunity by the skillful use of intuitive open questions, identifying customers’ needs before they do.

In this role you will be managing the front lines of interaction with potential customers.

Responsibilities

  • Being the first point of contact for inbound sales calls and emails, qualifying said inbounds and then distributing them accordingly.
  • Identify new interesting leads within our target sectors (Crowdfunding, Marketplaces and Sharing Economy platforms) in our clients core geographic markets.
  • Build strong relationships and understand prospects’ and clients’ business needs
  • Maintain a high standard of quality customer experience whilst using sales techniques to maximize opportunities
  • Ownership of the initial contact with clients and the funneling of qualified leads to the appropriate salesperson based on value and location of client
  • Ensure achievement of weekly/monthly targets;
  • You will capture required data and process through appropriate systems
  • Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role, by active involvement in regular training and retraining
  • Working as part of fun and dynamic team you will establish and maintain effective working relationships with your co-workers, managers and clients.
  • Deliver excellence in customer service in an efficient, professional and courteous manner at all times.

Requirements

  • 1+ year(s) of sales experience, ideally with experience in the payments sector ideally selling an API
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent English and French and Spanish
  • Experience of building and nurturing prosperous business relationships with customers.
  • Energetic self-starter
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills a must for this role. You will have the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Organized with the ability to work well independently and as part of external and internal teams;.
  • Interest in technology/fintech, new business models and keeps up to date on related topics
  • Comfortable in a fast paced environment
  • Understanding of REST APIs would be appreciated
