Inside Sales Representative (Spanish Speaking)


Job Description

Position Summary :

This position will be responsible for supporting Regional Sales Managers (RSM) based across Europe. Primary functions will be ensure that the RSM’s are best equipped to effectively sell ZAGG products across their regions. Other roles will include maintaining existing accounts and selling ZAGG’s products and services (via telephone, web or e-mail) to specified customer segments and is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience. This position requires a creative, self-motivated and self-driven individual with the ability to prioritize workload.

Main responsibilities

  • Build & develop relationships with ZAGG field sales, partners & resellers with a view to increasing Sales for ZAGG International.
  • Understand the product – a flair for technical learning will be a distinct advantage. Keep abreast of any changes and make sure to have the most up to date information possible.
  • Be able to support RSM’s with presentations, sample requests and other internal tasks.
  • Inform Distributors & Resellers of new product introductions, business opportunities, marketing programmes & activities.
  • Help understand sell through from accounts and work with RSM’s to ensure they are up to speed on all regional sales.
  • Responsible for driving inbound and outbound calls, emails, and web interface to focus on maintaining and expanding ZAGG business relationships/market share with existing and new customers.
  • May focus on new account development and/or expanding existing accounts.
  • Display “promotional awareness”– capable of pushing products and promotions to the reseller channel
  • Work on own initiative to identify areas for potential process improvement
  • Be an effective link between Sales and other departments at Shannon to help drive business forward.

Candidate Specification:

  • Third level qualification in Business, Administration, Languages or Sales.
  • Fluent in Spanish (other languages would be an advantage)
  • 5+ years’ of relevant experience.
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
  • Must be well organised and detail-oriented
  • Self-starter with excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to work on own initiative & also as part of a team.
  • Needs to be technically competent, having worked in a technology sales environment prior to this.
