Financial Customer Delivery Specialist (Spanish, Italian or Portuguese)


Job Description

Support the clients for a company with over $8 billion in assets, and a direct presence in more than 50 countries, that provides customers with a broad range of financial products and services, with unmatched flexibility and global consistency.

You will receive the title of Customer Delivery Specialist, were you will manage the initial stages of our solution lifecycle, working closely with our sales managers to pursue and assess new business opportunities and subsequently managing customer relationships to ensure that their accounts are set up correctly and that they receive the high level of service that they and we expect.

  • Enter customer and transaction information required for lease administration activities (contract generation, booking, funding) in systems.
  • Working with simple and complex financing structures; for example, Loans, Assignment of Receivables, Master agreements, Subscription deals, etc.
  • Arrange to receive and proactively manage/reconcile supplier invoices.
  • Generate and collect documents in support of new customer account generation.
  • Prepare booking and funding packages, track deal funding to completion of payment.
  • Distribute marketing and other information in support of new business opportunities.
  • Manage the customer experience to ensure expectations are met on both sides, working directly with customers on new transactions.
  • Coordinate, follow-up and reconcile activities necessary for deal processing.
  • Conduct initial and final compliance review pursuant to Schedule of Authorization.
  • Support testing of new systems releases as requested.

As a Client Delivery Specialist, you are offered an initial 11-month contract with the view of going perm, salary of €30.000 – €32,000 per year and working in an international office placed in Leixlip.

The Ideal Team member
Has an interest in finance, good numerical skills coupled with a couple of years’ experience of pricing and financial calculations and you have a strong customer centric background.You will be successful in the role if you like to be highly organised, love to support clients and if you have a good business sense. You speak English with an additional language of Spanish Italian or Portuguese.
