Grafton Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Spanish/French Native Level Speakers for an exciting FMCG export sales executive role in north county Dublin.

The Job

As an export sales executive, you look after your own portfolio of business clients, and work hard to meet their needs. You will be dealing with businesses in the FMCG seafood industry, and you will help them with every aspect of the business, including order management, direct sales and upselling, and credit control.

You will be responsible for managing customer relationships with key accounts in accordance with the Company’s strategic plan. To use sales and market data, along with knowledge of the customers’ needs to maximise revenue from existing and new customers to meet / exceed targets. You will act as an ambassador for the Company in all dealings with customers, prospective customers, competitors and external agents.

Responsibilities Include

  • Maintain effective business relationships with executive decision makers developing the account to maximise company product sales and maintain profitability
  • Develop a deep understand of the customer’s business needs and identify any opportunities to increase and improve profitability of the account, providing excellent service to all contacts
  • Develop and implement annual sales plans, working with the customer to manage their forecasting process and to plan and develop promotional activity
  • Analysis of sales and market data to identify trends and grow incremental revenue and commercial opportunities within existing accounts
  • Travel to agents and distributors as required
    Credit control and debt collecting


  • Native level/Bilingual fluency in both English and Spanish/French essential
  • Direct Sales experience in an FMCG environment essential
  • Willing to work early hours and nights/weekends as required
  • Target driven, Detail conscious, Team player
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with confidence to all levels and through all media, with both external and internal contacts
  • Effective time management and prioritisation skills
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience of managing profitability of sales accounts
