Real People Recruitment is working with a company that was voted the best place to work in Ireland, 2018 to help them hire a French-speaking E-Commerce Co-ordinator to join their expanding team.

Based in Dundalk, this company provide safety and training products for Dogs, Cats, and other Domestic pets. The company allows some staff members to bring their dogs to the office to work with them. The person going for this role should be ok to work with pets. The company is looking to interview face to face for this role, so Ideally, the person should be living in Ireland.

The International E-Commerce Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the brands are optimally represented across International e-commerce channels. This primarily includes the brand audit of product line listings content and the fulfillment and management of product assets and media. This position will work in conjunction with International Sales and Marketing personnel (global locations). Verbal and written language capabilities should be of an excellent standard in English and French at a minimum. Additional language skills acknowledged at a premium would be Italian and Spanish.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review and audit all product listings content for brand accuracy and e-commerce best practice to ensure that optimum content is available and accurate on key e-commerce platforms.
  • Generate new line listings when requested adhering to brand accuracy and e-commerce best practice.
  • Research, generate, audit and review keywords for accurate localisation and translation in relevant markets.
  • Determine richer content graphic and content needs for relevant e-commerce platforms, writing creative briefs when required.
  • Using richer content assets; load and fulfill content templates via retail partner portals for the relevant countries
  • Maintain the existing record of content completion by country – above-fold and enhanced content (e.g. Amazon A+ Content)

SPECIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Degree caliber in relevant language is highly advantageous
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and French
  • Knowledge and experience of digital marketing applications (e.g. CMS, SEO) would be advantageous but not essential
  • Strong project management and organisational skills with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritise in order to meet project timelines
  • Self-motivated with the ability and initiative to work alone
