Customer Success Manager

The CSM team actively manage the customer relationships as a strategic portfolio of assets. They own the post-sales relationship with customers to help them drive solution adoption, accompany them in every step or their journey, maintain and grow the existing install base by ensuring the customer is making a profitable and productive use of the solution.


Customer Success responsibilities

  • Own overall relationship with assigned clients.
  • Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client and drive continued value of our products and services.
  • Perform Customer Success Activities
    • Onboarding
    • Renewals
    • Cross-sell / Up-sell
    • Advocacy
    • Churn prevention
  • Work to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities.
  • Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high level of renewals.
  • Advocate customer needs/issues cross-department. Build trust and effective cross-functional team interactions with other groups including Finance, Support, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering.


  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and French. German, Spanish or Italian is a plus.
  • Prior experience in Customer Success or equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
  • Proven ability to drive continuous value of our product(s).
  • Familiarity working with clients of all sizes.
  • Detail oriented and analytical.
  • Strong team player but still a self-starter.
  • Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, very responsible, and focused on exceeding customer expectations.
  • A love for change and ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
  • Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
  • Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth.
