Job Description

The world’s leading Internet and technology company have an exciting new opening for a Customer Service Associate with English and one European language, for an immediate start. The successful candidate will possess 1-3 years’ previous experience working in a customer centric environment and proven ability to work through large volumes tasks.

Based in the heart of Dublin’s Silicon Docks (Dublin 2), our client has been at the forefront in changing the internet and online technologies as we know it.

Initially on a 3-month contract, this is a great opportunity for a candidate coming from a customer service environment to gain knowledge, working in a multinational organisation.


The required experience:

Written and oral fluency in English and a strong preference for candidates with at least 1 additional European language – in particular German, Spanish, French or Polish (but open to other European languages also)

1-3 years previous experience working in a customer services environment and proven ability to work through large volumes of tasks

Previous experience in a large, global organisation is a must have

Experience of working on a ticketing system/queue would be an advantage but is not a must have

Available to attend a 30-minute onsite interview on Friday 11th / available at short notice.

A general day:

Assist publisher through the email customer service.

Conduct application reviews.

Communicate with publishers through phone.

Produce contracts for EMEA publishers and support the process improvement.

Launch proactive initiatives, lead reviews activities.

Examine and improve customer journey/flow.

Carry out other related tasks.
