Customer Service Administrator


Job Description

My Client, a Financial Services Company based in Dublin 2, is seeking a temporary Customer Service Administrator who is fluent in both English and Italian to join their team. The main purpose of the role is to manage operationally verbal, written or email responses to queries and requests for information and possible problems, received by the customer and counterparties in the form of verbal, written or email correspondence  


Manage directly the request or with support from their Supervisor and the respective departments, concerning the request

Manage the relationship with the departments concerned leading to resolution of the request and correspondence 

The primarily internal relationships of the company are with

Components of the structure of the Contact Centre, in particular their Supervisor

Other Organizational units in the company especially those involved in handling requests (Legal, Compliance, QoS e Marketing team, Product team, Operations team)

The primary external relationships of the company are with

All Sales Network


Institutions and associations

Third parties


High School Diploma /Degree 


1-2 years of experience in Customer service
