Job Description:

We are seeking a B2B Operations Sales Agent to provide operational support for our International B2B markets and all matters distributor-related. This is a full-time role based in our Dublin office and the hours of operation are similar to an administrative role, based on seasonality (7am-4pm in high season and 8am-5pm in low season), with weekend availability. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, and can focus on procedural tasks that keep our company ticking! You should have a positive attitude and professional demeanor when speaking across the organization and have the ability to multi-task projects. You should always be looking for opportunities to assist in office workflow and have an aptitude for learning new processes while working collaboratively on different technological platforms.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Managing all distributor booking requests in Zendesk and Extranets
  • Last-minute and time-sensitive booking management
  • Following-up on rejections and pending Zendesk tickets
  • Managing cancellations & refunds of B2B bookings
  • Double-checking all bookings in extranet to ensure they are input into our Database
  • Answering distributor queries by email (Zendesk only)
  • Following up on rate issues within database
  • Monitoring first bookings of new distributors and new destinations
  • Monitoring morning close-outs for 0 hour bookings
  • Assisting with distributor inventory checks and closeouts
  • Standard closeouts
  • Creating documents for Guest Experience Specialist Coverage/Training
  • Reporting incorrect booking request information to B2B Sales Assistants
  • Working with GX in an ongoing way for booking coverage (weekend last minute sales / holiday coverage)
  • Working with IT on more efficient distributor booking entry tools

Requirements / Skills:

  • Previous experience in Sales, Tourism, Hospitality and Customer Service
  • Strong verbal, typing/writing and technical skills, as well as the ability to learn multiple systems in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience with Google Suite, RingCentral, ZenDesk, Slack, Chase Paymentech
  • Previous travel to New York City, San Francisco, Italy, Spain and Paris
  • Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English
